These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our platform is designed to foster spiritual community and meaningful prayer connections. You agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful, spiritual, and respectful purposes only
• Respect the faith and beliefs of all community members
• Submit authentic prayer requests and avoid spam or commercial content
• Maintain appropriate language and content suitable for all ages
• Protect the privacy and personal information of other users

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to Christian values
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Share personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or financial details
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or non-religious purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others

When you submit prayer requests or other content to our Service, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display, distribute, and share it within the prayer community for the purpose of facilitating prayer and spiritual support.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Anonymous prayer submissions are supported, and we will never share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

Churches and organizations may subscribe to our white-label prayer wall service. Subscription terms include:

• Monthly or annual billing cycles as selected during signup
• Setup fees equal to 5x the monthly subscription rate for new customers
• Setup fee waivers for existing customers upgrading after 6 months of service
• Immediate service activation upon successful payment processing
• Refund policies subject to our billing terms and conditions

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Churches receive a master admin account using the email address provided during signup, with full administrative control over their organization's prayer wall.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and provide reliable access to our prayer community. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and improvements that may temporarily affect availability.

Technical support is provided based on your subscription level, ranging from email support for basic plans to dedicated support for enterprise customers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we facilitate prayer connections and spiritual community, we are not responsible for the outcome of prayers or any spiritual guidance shared within the community.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our community.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding any prior use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
